These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bd4447 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and every individual who registers an account or uses any service offered on the bd4447 website ("you", "the Player", "the User"). These Terms apply to all products and services available on the bd4447 platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, and any promotional or bonus offers.

These Terms are supplemented by the bd4447 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or bonus terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only; in all other matters, these Terms shall govern.

bd4447 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the bd4447 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You further agree to:

• Keep your account credentials — username and password — confidential and not share them with any third party.

• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, except in circumstances of platform-side fault that bd4447 accepts in writing.

bd4447 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. Players will be required to submit government-issued photographic identification (e.g., National ID card, passport) and proof of residential address before any withdrawal is approved. bd4447 may also request source-of-funds documentation in accordance with its internal compliance procedures.

All financial transactions on the bd4447 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits:

• bd4447 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending identity confirmation.
• bd4447 targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during normal operating conditions. Actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and internal compliance checks.
• bd4447 reserves the right to impose additional verification steps on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk or fraud alerts, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.
• Withdrawals will only be released to accounts that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements associated with any active bonus.

bd4447 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players who have previously abused a bonus or operated multiple accounts are not eligible.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

All bets placed on the bd4447 platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, or sports events — are governed by the rules of the individual game or event in addition to these Terms. In the event of a discrepancy between the on-screen display and the server-side records, the server-side records shall be the definitive authority.

• Finality of Results: Once a game round or sporting event has concluded and the result has been settled by bd4447's systems, that result is final and binding. bd4447 does not reverse settled bets except in cases of a verified technical fault or an incorrectly applied rule.
• Void Bets: bd4447 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed by a player in breach of these Terms.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and each betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting screen.
• Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, bd4447's server records will determine the outcome. Where a game cannot be completed due to a platform-side technical fault, bd4447 will either complete the round or refund the stake, at its discretion.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the governing body of the relevant sport (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the absence of an official governing body result, bd4447 will apply its own reasonable determination and this shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd4447 platform:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform simultaneously or sequentially.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with bd4447.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets, sharing account access, or manipulating game outcomes through cooperative play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault are void and subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using the platform for any purpose other than lawful entertainment.
• Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure, databases, APIs, or security systems.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening, abusive, or offensive behaviour directed at bd4447 staff or other players.

bd4447 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• bd4447 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct associated with the account.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a formal request.
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of any void bonus funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding compliance holds. bd4447 will notify the player of the reason for closure where it is legally permissible to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd4447 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from a player's own betting decisions.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, internet outages, or connectivity issues outside bd4447's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform that contain errors.

Where bd4447 is found liable for any matter arising from these Terms, its total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by the affected player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
